1. What are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help us remember your preferences and ensure the security of your session.
2. How We Use Cookies (Strictly Essential)
Nodency, as a non-custodial technology provider, strictly limits the use of cookies to enhance security and provide seamless access to the platform's public interface:
- Essential Security Cookies: Used to manage your session state (e.g., remembering your wallet address after connection) and detect/prevent malicious or fraudulent activity (e.g., DDoS attacks). You cannot opt-out of these.
- Performance & Analytics Cookies: Help us understand how visitors interact with the website and determine the effectiveness of marketing channels. This data is anonymized and aggregated.
- Functional Cookies: Remember basic preferences on the website (e.g., dark mode setting, language preference).
3. Exclusion of Financial Tracking Data
Consistent with our Zero-Knowledge Architecture, Nodency NEVER uses cookies to track your on-chain financial activity.
- Decentralized Transactions: Cookies are explicitly NOT used to monitor or track transactions facilitated by the smart contract (e.g., Lending/Borrowing, KASH transfers, or Agent Conversions).
- Identity Separation: Cookies are not linked to the sensitive KYC/AML data stored by the Licensed Partner Role off-chain.
- Private Key Access: Cookies cannot access, store, or interfere with your device's Secure Enclave or your private keys.
4. Managing Cookies
Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings preferences. However, limiting essential cookies will impact your ability to use certain core functions of the website.
